Cost of living in Poland

Poland is among the cheapest countries to live and study among European countries. Warsaw as the capital and largest city in Poland is slightly more expensive than other Polish cities, however a student can get by 300 EUR monthly. For non EU/EFTA students please remember to have sufficient funds for living prior to arriving in Poland.

Accommodation

Warsaw School of Computer Science does not have its own dormitories so it is probably a good idea to find a place to rent before coming to Poland. You can find shared apartments or a single room or a studio flat if you prefer to have more privacy. The cost of rented accommodation varies depending on location and standard but the prices will range from 100 EUR to 500 EUR. Please write to us if you have problems finding accommodation in Warsaw.

Studying and working
