RECRUITMENT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026
Admission process step by step
STEP 1
- Apply HERE (New recruitment system)
- Please choose “Master of Science in English”, then “Full-time” and “Cloud Computing/IT Project Management/Artificial Intelligence”.
- Make sure to fill in all the required data in correct capitalisation (no caps lock), including:
- address,
- detailed information on high school diploma (secondary school)
- detailed information on Bachelor’s diploma (higher education)
- No PESEL needed
STEP 2
- Attach in high-quality scans:
- scan of the High School diploma,
- scan of the Bachelor degree Diploma/Certificate in the field of computer science or related field, together with the transcript
- apostille/legalization of the Bachelor diploma,
- a certificate proving your language skills (B2; the list of accepted certificates can be found at the bottom of this page.). Please note: no certificate is required if the language of instruction during your Bachelor studies was English,
- Certified translations into English of any of the above documents if the original is in a language different from English.
STEP 3
Once you complete your application, wait for a Conditional Offer Letter (sent by e-mail)
STEP 4
Pay the recruitment and first semester fees
STEP 5
Wait for the Final Acceptance Letter (send by e-mail)
STEP 6
Apply for a visa or temporary residence (if applicable)
STEP 7
Make arrangements to travel to Poland
STEP 8
Before the start of the semester, submit (in person or deliver by a reliable courier):
- original documents mentioned in step 1,
- A copy of valid visa or residence card (to be submitted as soon as possible after receiving),
- student health insurance for the period of study (to be submitted in person before joining the classes on campus).

• Initial payment: 100 € Admission Fee
• Total cost for 4 semesters: 9400 Euro

Knowledge of English
We require our prospective students to present a valid certificate confirming the knowledge of English language at least on level B2 from the following institutions/examination boards:
- Certificates issued by institutions affiliated with the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE) – ALTE Level 3 (B2), ALTE Level 4 (C1), ALTE Level 5 (C2), in particular certificates:
First Certificate in English (FCE),
Certificate in Advanced English (CAE),
Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE),
Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage – at least Pass,
Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher,
Certificate in English for International Business and Trade (CEIBT) - Educational Testing Service (ETS) – in particular, the certificates:
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – at least 87 points in the Internet-Based Test (iBT) version;
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – at least 180 points in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) version supplemented by at least 50 points from the Test of Spoken English (TSE);
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – at least 510 points in the Paper-Based Test (PBT) version supplemented by at least 3.5 points from the Test of Written English (TWE) and at least 50 points from the Test of Spoken English (TSE);
Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) – at least 700 points - City & Guilds, City & Guilds Pitman Qualifications, Pitman Qualifications Institute – in particular certificates:
English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) – First Class Pass at Intermediate Level, Higher Intermediate Level, Advanced Level;
International English for Speakers of Other Languages (IESOL) – “Communicator” level, “Expert” level, “Mastery” level;
City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International (reading, writing and listening) Communicator (B2) 500/1765/2;
City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International (reading, writing and listening) Expert (C1) 500/1766/4;
City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International (reading, writing and listening) Mastery (C2) 500/1767/6;
