During this semester, two lecturers from WSCS had the opportunity to spend time at our partner universities and conduct a total of 16 hours of workshops for local students.
Dr. Grzegorz Słowiński visited Florida Universitaria in Valencia in February, where he conducted classes on programming in Python. Our second lecturer, Marcin Iwanowski, visited the Polytechnic Institute in Santarem in Portugal in March and conducted a short course on creating web applications using Azure App Service.
The commitment to educational mobility requires significant investment of time and effort, so we sincerely thank the Erasmus+ project coordinators: Nuno Jorge from the Polytechnic Institute in Santarem and Immacualda Mora from Florida Univeristy for their invitation and organizational support for our lecturers.
Thanks to inter-institutional partnerships, we not only expand our network of contacts with higher education institutions abroad but also broaden the methodological horizons of our lecturers. The new experiences gained allow them to enrich their teaching methodologies which later on they can implement while teaching WCSC students at home.
