Admission process

Once you create an account in the system you will receive an activation link and will be able to fill in the online application form, attach the scans of the required documents and attach an electronic photo. Once you complete the process and fill in all required fields you will be able to sign up for your selected program of studies.

ADMISSION PROCESS STEP BY STEP

STEP 1

In order to sign up for one of the offered specializations please go to our online recruitment process: online registration system

Required documents (to be attached during the online recruitment process):

  • scan/copy of the High School diploma,
  • scan/copy of the Bachelor degree Diploma/Certificate in the field of computer science or related field,
  • apostille/legalization of the Bachelor diploma (if applicable),
  • a certificate proving your knowledge language skills (for the list of accepted certificates, please go to our website). Please note: no certificate is required if the language of instruction during your Bachelor studies was English,
  • 2 passport size photographs (to be submitted in person to the Students' Office before the beginning of the academic year),
  • medical certificate proving there are no contraindications to study computer science (to be submitted in person before the beginning of the academic year),
  • A copy of valid visa or residence card (to be submitted as soon as possible after receiving),
  • student health insurance for the period of study (to be submitted in person before the beginning of the academic year),
  • Certified translations into English of any of the above documents if the original is in a language different than English.

STEP 2
Wait for a Conditional Offer Letter (sent by e-mail)

STEP 3
Pay the recruitment and first semester fees

STEP 3
Wait for the Final Acceptance Letter (sed by e-mail)

STEP 4
Apply for a visa or temporary residence (if applicable)

STEP 5
Make arrangements to travel to Poland

STEP 6
Submit original documents to the Admission Office in person before the Inauguration of the Academic Year 2020/2021.

FEES

MSc in IT Project Management:

  • 2 700 € per year + 100 € Admission Fee
  • 100 € Admission Fee – to be paid within 7 days from the date of signing up for the selected program of studies.
  • 1 350 € (for the first semester) – to be paid within one month from receiving the Offer Letter

MSc in Cloud Computing:

  • 2 600 € per year + 100 € Admission Fee
  • 100 € Admission Fee – to be paid within 7 days from the date of signing up for the selected program of studies.
  • 1 300 € (for the first semester) – to be paid within one month from receiving the Offer Letter

The online recruitment will open on 2nd of April 2020 and last until the end of September 2020 (for international candidates please allow at least 3 months for application and visa issues)

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH

We require our prospective students to present a valid certificate confirming the knowledge of English language at least on level B2 from the following institutions/examination boards:

  • International English Language Testing System (Academic) IELTS – at least 6 points.
  • First Certificate in English (FCE)
  • Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
  • Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
  • Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage – at least Pass
  • Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher
  • Certificate in English for International Business and Trade (CEIBT)
  • Educational Testing Service (ETS):
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - at least 87 points in the Internet-Based Test version (iBT)
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - at least 180 points in the Computer-Based Test version (CBT) completed with at least 50 points from Test of Spoken English (TSE)
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - at least 510 points in the Paper-Based Test version (PBT) completed with at least 3,5 points from Test of Written English (TWE)and at least 50 points from Test of Spoken English (TSE)
  • City & Guilds, City & Guilds Pitman Qualifications, Pitman Qualifications Institute
  • Edexcel, Pearson Language Tests, Pearson Language Assessments (PTE)
  • Education Development International (EDI), London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examinations Board
